PLEASE NOTE:

On the 6^th December 2021 the Divisional court stated:

“.....in order to operate lawfully under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 a licensed operator who accepts a booking from a passenger is required to enter as principal into a contractual obligation with the passenger to provide the journey which is the subject of the booking.”

 

What this means to our passengers is that we at Alphabet cars Ltd will aim to make sure that your car arrives to your said location in order to transport you to your said location of choice in a safe and timely manner.

 

Customers will first receive a text message outlining their booking, then a further text will be sent to show the customer what vehicle has been dispatched along with tracking and a picture of the driver.
